Keith Milmer

Keith is the Principal Consultant of Milmer Laroche Associates, and a senior member of faculty and programme director at Ashridge Management College, a UK-based management, leadership and organisation development centre of international standing.

Keith established Milmer Laroche Associates in 1994, as a means of delivering training and development services to clients on a private consultancy basis. Through the professional network of Milmer Laroche Associates, clients can draw on the experience and professional expertise of highly experienced and senior management school faculty and consultants from Ashridge, Babson College, CCL, INSEAD, Lancaster University Business School and Oxford Brookes University Management School.

Keith’s own area of expertise lies in the design of innovative yet practical management development interventions for managers and senior professionals, and particularly for those in functional or technical disciplines who are looking to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Keith joined Ashridge in January 1991 and has developed expertise in the design and delivery of programmes with a focus on Leadership and Interpersonal Skills. He was Intake Director for the Two-Year MBA Programme from 1993-1999, and subsequently director of Ashridge’s Introduction to Management programme, and the Developing Business & Leadership Skills programme. He is now Programme Director for Ashridge’s flagship leadership programme, the Ashridge Leadership Process, as well as Client Director for a number of Ashridge’s senior tailored programmes.

Under the auspices of Milmer Laroche Associates, Keith has designed, managed and delivered development programmes for a large range of organisations and industry sectors, from privately owned start-ups and small professional partnerships to multi-national corporations. These training and development activities have served the needs of individuals and teams at all levels, from high potential professionals to equity partners and board level directors.
