Event: Team Development Days
During the summer months we offer a broad range of one-
We work first with senior managers and team leaders to ascertain their primary development aims, and then design a unique, practical event to help achieve those.
Our approaches include:

- Theoretical inputs relating to team development,
team roles, leadership, influencing and group problem solving - Practical, light-
hearted activities to build on the workplace application of these ideas and concepts - Fun and shared pleasure, to build team moral
Locations: Throughout the UK and Continental Europe
We favour a range of small, family owned conference centres which, through our direct experience, are able to offer high levels of comfort and customer service. However, we are always happy to utilise the preferred venue of our clients, or even their own premises (although we do not recommend the latter as it makes for less effective engagement with the team event, due to potential workplace distractions of many kinds).

An opportunity for team leaders from all industry sectors and functional disciplines to experience at first hand the potential benefits of leadership and team development.
These are low cost events to help team leaders see the range of inputs and activities we can offer, while at the same time benefiting from significant personal development for themselves.
