Keith Milmer is responsible for responding to all initial client enquiries and for providing direct links to our network of consultants.

NewExec is the website of Milmer Laroche Associates.
We are a network of senior consultants, business school tutors and fully accredited executive coaches working directly with clients on a ‘private work’ basis. The majority are faculty members or retained associates of leading European business schools. Our primary business activities are:

i. executive development (management consultancy, teaching and executive coaching)

ii. organisation development (particularly leading change)

iii. board level facilitation (for strategy & business development and team development)

These categories can converge and overlap considerably in practise. Our key activity lies in helping clients to articulate and define their personal and organisational development goals, and in working in partnership with those clients to create a process by which these goals can be realised.

As well as one-to-one coaching, we offer small and larger group learning activities and team development workshops, using interactive, experiential approaches rather than more traditional, didactic teaching methods.

Our consultants are drawn from some of the most talented and capable professionals currently working in leading British business schools. If we consider that a client’s defined development needs are best met by a full-scale business school programme, we will not hesitate to make that recommendation, and help those clients to select suitable providers. Our private management and leadership development services are only offered to support clients who have already chosen to reject the scale and costs of a business school approach.
